As a Quality Administrator, you will be responsible for organising the sales diary and working closely to support the Sales Executive’s. You’ll be a highly organised individual who is able to manage their time. You will need to be able to work in a dynamic environment and provide innovative solutions to new situations. You will need strong communications skills both within the business and when dealing with prospective and existing customers. You’ll be able to work strongly within a team however also able to use your own initiative. The aim of this is to ensure all appointments are attended wherever possible.

What would I be doing as a Quality Administrator at 4Com?
- Managing the organisation of the sales diaries considering geographical complexities; receiving and dealing with cancellation calls from customers.
- Assisting with and on occasion rescheduling demonstrations in line with the policy set down and using the script where appropriate.
- Handling calls from sales executives calling in demonstrations and other information.
- Assisting in the production of statistics relating to Sales for use by the Management team.
- Carrying out general administration duties.
- Completing post demonstration surveys, calling appointments that didn’t sell for feedback on the salesperson and the appointment itself.
- Arranging travel where required for the sales executives.
- Arranging accommodation where required for the sales executives.
- Dealing with other departments to rectify issues and providing solutions.
- Working closely with the Quality Control team towards achieving department goals
- There may be opportunities to cross train in other areas of the team which will involve listening to the Business Solutions Executives.
