As a Sales Escalations Specialist you will be responsible for dealing with queries that materialise from the first stage of installation through to the completion of installation. These can sometimes turn into early life concerns related to the sale and execution of the agreements, which require a swift and prompt resolution.
This is primarily a customer focused role, and you will be responsible for all outbound/inbound customer calls in response to any queries raised. Working closely with internal departments to provide the best level of customer service and outcome. We also work closely with our third-party finance companies and will be required to correspond directly with them, prior to the installation.

As Sales Escalations Specialist, responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls from the installation technicians and sales executives, or internal teams regarding concerns or queries from the customers.
- Receiving and dealing with cancellation calls from customers.
- Providing re quotes of agreements and requesting resigned or additional information from our customers if needed.
- Liaising with sales representatives and sales management to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Calling customer to request additional information if we are unable to obtain finance.
The successful applicant will have the following:
- Have at least 2 Years experience dealing with customers over the phone or face to face.
- Be experienced in complaint handling, problem solving and have the ability to negotiate, when needed.
- Organised and process driven.
- Thrive in a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication and meticulous attention to detail.
- Have strong customer service skills and prioritises providing the best possible customer journey.
Please note, this role is an office-based position in Bournemouth.
Please note that as part of the training for this role you would be required to undertake full sales training and then complete a sales assessor role which would involve working away and some overnight stays for the first 2 months.
We are looking for a local based member to join the team as travel would not be included within this role after the 3 months training programme has been completed.
Must have a valid full UK Drivers Licence.
