We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join our talented team of marketeers, with the chance to rapidly grow your skillset to take on further responsibility and progress.
As the Internal Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in keeping our teams informed, engaged, and connected across the country. With a portfolio of companies located at different sites, you will spearhead the internal communication efforts to align our brands and foster a unified company culture.
Please note that this role is office based in Bournemouth with expected travel to other UK sites.

- Previous experience within a similar Internal Communications role.
- Strong organisation skills with experience in managing internal events.
- Experience with running impactful internal communication campaigns.
- Exceptional attention to detail with copywriting and proofreading skills.
As an Internal Communications Manager at 4Com, you’ll:
- Lead and execute our communications strategy to support the integration of our brands into a single entity.
- Own and manage our intranet, ensuring it meets the needs of our stakeholders across the business.
- Design and deliver engaging internal communication campaigns that resonate with our teams.
- Be the main point of contact for our company-wide engagement team and lead all internal communication strategies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement.
