We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic finance team in Bournemouth. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant who has a solid background in financial planning and analysis to influence the shaping of our financial strategy.
As a Finance Business Partner you will report directly to our Finance Director, working closely with our senior stakeholders through providing insightful financial analysis, driving performance improvements, and supporting strategic decision making.
Please note that this role is fully office-based in Bournemouth.

- Full accounting qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and business partnering.
- A proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proactive approach to driving business performance.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights at board level.
What would I be doing as a Finance Business Partner at 4Com?
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to provide clear and strategic insights.
- Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering financial guidance to support commercial decisions.
- Performance Reporting: Develop and present financial reports – including Board level papers, KPIs, and variance analysis to drive business growth.
- Strategic Decision Support: Provide data-driven recommendations on business initiatives, cost efficiencies, and acquisition opportunities.
- Risk & Opportunity Assessment: Identify financial risks and opportunities, proactively recommending mitigation strategies.
- Process Improvement: Enhance financial systems, reporting processes, and controls to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with financial reporting and operational teams, ensuring financial alignment with business goals.
