As a People Partner, you will support the Head of People by providing strategic and operational support across a variety of HR disciplines to key business stakeholders, including employee relations, talent management and organisational development.
You will work in partnership with all members of the People Partnering, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development team to provide a holistic partnering approach to key stakeholders.

In return for this, we are looking for someone who has:
- A CIPD qualification.
- Extensive generalist HR experience, used to operating at an equivalent level
- Good level of knowledge in employment law and applying it practically in the workplace.
- Passion for HR and People Development.
- An excellent communicator with strong relationship building skills.
- A high attention to detail.
- A solid business understanding and is commercially aware.
What would I be doing as a People Partner at 4Com?
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of effective people-focussed solutions, coaching senior leaders, and implementing best practices in people management across 4Com.
- Act as a key point of contact for managers and department leads to provide support and guidance on all HR related topics.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, managing complex issues such as disciplinaries, grievance, absence management, and performance management cases.
- Lead and support HR Projects, inclusive of engagement surveys, Skills Matrices, or Organisational Change.
- Work proactively with Senior Leaders and the Learning & Delivery Team to identify, design and deliver meaningful training to stakeholders.
- Promoting and coordinating employee performance reviews, including appraisals and salary reviews.
- Deliver high-quality, proactive advice and support across key HR policies and processes, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, employee engagement, wellbeing support and diversity and inclusion.
- Provide regular HR MI to Directors and Managers, with recommendations and areas of improvement.
