As an Quality Administrator You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards by completing case and call audits, supporting key improvement projects, managing support queues to ensure smooth workflows and driving continuous improvement across processes.
Please note, this role is an office based position in Bournemouth.

As an Quality Administrator, further responsibilities will also include:
- Manage and update quality assurance documentation, audit templates, and training materials.
- Support key improvement projects by providing data insights, process reviews, and implementation assistance.
- Track and analyse trends from audits and queue performance to inform decision-making.
- Monitor and report on quality trends, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
- Work closely with the Operational Excellence Team Leader to support strategic initiatives and projects.
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality when handling data and feedback.
- Contribute to developing and refining audit frameworks and quality standards.
- Conduct regular call and case audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality standards.
- Prepare clear reports and actionable recommendations based on audit findings and performance analysis.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching based on audit findings.
The successful applicant will have the following:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Tier 1 and Tier 2 processes and their impact on service delivery.
- Take pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining attention to detail.

- Have the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to support team development.
